Indented URLs
As its name suggests, an Indented URL is a search result that is preceded by another listing from the same domain. Indented URLs are also known as
nested search results
as more than two listings clustered together can be displayed in SERP.

Products Results
The Products search results are unpaid listings featuring the price, the availability, and the review ratings. These are the results displayed in Google's Top Products Carousels.

Interesting Finds
The Interesting Finds module appears only in searches performed on mobile devices and consists of a set of three or four articles (with thumbnails) on topics that are adjacent but not 100% related to the search query used.

How to check if a keyword has triggered Indented URLs, Products, or Interesting Finds search results.
You can see which of your keywords generated Indented URLs, Products, or Interesting Finds results by adding these options to your Keyword Ranking report from the
SERP Features
filter.
Indented URLs and Products results are available for both Google Desktop and Mobile, while Interesting Finds are available only for Google Mobile as they can appear only on mobile devices.
